Good ideas should be encouraged

The idea of making sure that all revenues and expenditures are made public is a very good one. Transparency is the only way that Haiti will overcome its reputation as the most corrupt nation in the western hemisphere.

It is also the only way for the president and all other officials to show that they are legitimately clean and above board.
