Brazil has a female President, Dilma Rousseff and I do believe if we approach her with a diplomatic agreement to help liberate Haiti and also to enable Haiti to build its economic structure and develop some agreement with her to participate in the reconstruction of Haiti, she would be inclined to come on board and bypass U.S. foreign policy stranglehold on Haiti.

Latin America has developed a union that will enable the region to shelter itself against tyranny from any foreign policy and have told U.S. to stay out of their business.

U.S. is actually indebted to Brazil in some $20bill and that is part of the repayment to hire Brazilian soldiers and send them on U.N. missions.

Brazil too much aware of the fact U.S. foreign policies are an impediment and obstacle to any nation and would be able to persuade her to remove those troops and replace that loss of income to Brazil with another form of agreement where Haiti can contract Brazilian business in the reconstruction of Haiti.

It's all in the negotiation process.
