I like your ideas, but they are mostly dreams.

What you don't understand is that American policy is not based on any of the qualifications that you mentioned in your post. Don't forget about the U.S. Marines; they have a long history in Haiti, and if clowns like venezuela and iran attempt to act like mischievous boys in a bad neighborhood, the Marines will be there again...

why do you think Brazil is running ground ops for minustah?
