Relating to Iranian Ambassador in Haiti, I wish another country could help Haiti extract oil and other mineral wealth from Haiti's soil. The United States sealed our oil field as Strategic U.S. Oil Reserve.

Does Haiti belong to the United States?

If no, why should the Haitian oil be labeled U.S. Oil Reserve?

We should applaud the presence of that ambassador and I would love Preval as a lame duck president to sign a treaty with him so the incoming new present could excute it. If Aristide did not sign an agreement with Cuba before he left Haiti could not have restored its diplomatic relationships with Cuba. I wish they could sign an agreement.

It is time for Haiti to exploit its economic resources whether the United States likes it or not. Are we an independent country or an occupied territory?
