My advice is to slightly ferment them using Lactobacilli.

This destroys poisonous enzimes and makes the fodder eatable for the fish. It must, however, be mixed with other stuffs.

I have used Leucopena leaves, cattle excreta, discarded fish, fruits, etc, but all fermented and mixed, with very good results.

For large amounts, however, machinery has to be used in order to make the work easy.
