"Independent" means modern hospital, elctricity, ambulance, emergency responders, army helping in natural disaster not in politics, at 10 moderns airports free health care major highways not 2 way streets, clean water etc. Dessalines is one of haitian founders he didn't say what you are saying right now. Go rebuilding Haiti by yourself with no international aid.
