Stanley Lucas is a competent Haitian.
He is a great leader and I love his proposals for the country.
I am very sad that he is not yet a presidential candidate.
I understand his position toward the current electoral body. How can you run when the institution in charge of organizing the elections will change the results in favor of the ruling party?
I strongly believe that Stanley Lucas is the best hope for Haiti.
Lucas has been under fire by Aristide lobbying in the U.S. and those making money on the back of the Haitian people.
Please see: haitipolicy.org/Lobbying7.htm I invite you to do a comparison between these sponsored articles on Lucas in the US press and what the Haitian press covered him for the past twenty years.
Stanley Lucas's radio interviews and positions do not reflect what you are saying.
Ilistened to him over the radio and read his writtings on his blog www.solutionshaiti.blogspot.com I like his position on US policy toward Haiti particularly his responses to Paul Farmer, Senator Christopher Dodd and Dumas Simeus.
Lastly the fall of Aristide is due to his own demise.
By conducting repression against the youth, women, peasants, press and other Haitian organizations, by his alliance with drug dealers and his corruption former president Aristide created the conditions for his departure.
Attributing Aristide resignation to Lucas is a big stretch.
I was on of the students protesting against Aristide in 2003-04 and I konow what I am saying.
I risked my life many times agains the violence of Aristide and his cronies.
What Stanley Lucas did for us at that time was to provide training on how to organize, how to advocate and how to develop a plan for the youth and for our country.
For that we are very grateful to him. Stanley Lucas is very love in his country and hated by the corruptors, the drug dealers, the kidnappers and what his often call the groupe the bourdon, a tiny corrupt mimority associated with ruling party and some corrupt foreigners stealing the wealth of the country.
I am sorry my friend Stanley Lucas is good and clean.
His our future.
