Because greed is exercised in our society, division among the people reflects it. Our whole society is modeled after division and that old mindset of haves and have-nots.

These mindsets are reflected in the doctrines of the elites of service and the masses of production and are perpetuated by the root problems of greed and pervasive immorality.

Moreover, of course, lastly greed is the accepted inordinate or rapacious desire for wealth, power, etc. Nevertheless, when we are overcome by greed this lust for wealth or power it manifests itself in our directing, our will to destroy those who stand in the way of our assumption of power.

So these enemies of will, fear, vanity, pride, lust, anger, envy, greed must be gotten rid of.
