How to clean our country!

I am a student in florida college.

My major is mechanic.

My goal is to built some mechanic shop around haiti.

To clean our country we all should stack together.The mayors needs to be creative.The people throw garbage anywhere and it needs to stop! We need Dumpsters around every community, cities and home.Example, All those garbage will take somewhere to burn.Ne`g kap fe` resho akve`k po`tal yo genyin skill la pou yo fe` dumpsters yo. the residents will be charge every two or three weeks for they trashes.
