The interchangeable and sometimes unethical use of the numerous interpretations of organizational politics has given birth to an atmosphere of mistrust, under performance, and group think in Haitian government circles.

The content of this book stresses the inconspicuous methods of management that perpetuate the abysmal state of affairs and suffocate economic advances in Haiti.

Blunt disclosures will elicit ire for some, and hope for others.

But it's strongly recommended that readers remember to smile at the occasional humors embedded here and there.
