My dear President,
Yes I just read a comment concerning of the decentralization of Port-Au- Prince with is amazed me dearly.

We know it's hard for you to make some change in the situation of our Island, but with the help of God, and of course with the contribution of every single Haitian, we can make impossible become possible.

Also miracle is up to God almighty, but sacrifice is our goal. My biggest problem is all the ocean side in the surrounding capital from cite simone to carrefour up to marianie i don't know there too much, we need hotels, restaurants, buildings. If those sites can become available to developers doesn't matter race or nation, can create jobs for thousands.

Next point is, cite soleil, I am shamed when airplanes pass over that poor zone, there should be hotels, restaurants, buildings, condo, creative places etc.
We have faith in God and in you Mr. President.

If you can make one step, God can do thousand.

It was simply a comment and a concern, I wish I don't minimize your authority, but sometimes we do need an advice from the smallest person in the corner of the street.God is omni-present, but we cannot see everywhere, our sigh is limited.

With great respect I thank you for the time and consideration you'll take in reading my comment.

God bless you, and be with you, we're all with you all the way through.

Jean-Marie Germain.
