Now, as far am I concerned is President Clinton himself to petition the Obama's administration to include the 30000 Haitian illegal immigrants in the TPS program.

He has full authority to do that. There is no conflict of interests regarding his wife position as the US Secretary of State and his V.I.P. position in the United Nations.

His role was to evaluate the "Tri-peat" hurricanes' aftermath and come up with a strategy (a plan of solution) that would rehabilitate the country's fragile economy.

As a matter of fact, in his first visit to Haiti, since he has been designated in his position, he was- heavily guarded by UN's tanks and those soldiers-bodyguards, physically hanging out with President Preval and his clicks, the MINUSTAH gentlemen, and the desperate population- in the Gonaives and other spots ravaged by the tri-peat hurricanes.

Yes, President Clinton is the most credible witness to convince President Obama to do so. But will he?
