Tiba I'd rather you didn't ignore my other comment and tell me what you mean when you said, "Toussiant Louverture was nothing more than a house slave who lived by saying "yes massah" all his life. He never stood up to his master in any occasion for anything".

This is the most shocking comment about Toussaint I have ever heard from a Haitian or otherwise.

If you are indeed saying that Toussaint was a coward who never stood up for anything.

I would ask why then did the French found it necessary to go through the trouble of arresting Toussaint and deporting him to France during the revolution?
