Why the haitian government is so irresponsible?

Sometimes I wonder if Haiti have a government or should I say if there's someone in the government who really care for this country apparently it appears that no one cares everybody is taking care their own business, get rich and live the country...now its twenty first century our Haiti cherie is moving backward instead of moving forward and I'm asking myself will I be able to have a place to stay one day I guess not, and you Mr. Preval what is your plan for this country?

do you even really care?

cause sometime it doesn't look like you care to, also do you even have an agenda?

a developpement plan for this country?

because with your prime minister Mr. Alexis who cloueless of what's going on and publicly accused the deported haitian citizen as a threath for national security is not a good sign that you guys a have agenda although I personnaly think that Mr Alexis should go and see a schycologist because is abviously look like a sick person who have a mental disorder..

Now let's look at the situation, how can somebody after spending ten years or maybe more years out of the country can't be able to operate by himself and even there by making such a statement you just start a war against your own citizen for nothing and even worse people are looking at those victims as criminal while they are not criminal...I mean I have so much to say but I guess I will have to pass on.
