Dear Ministre Carlos; A rare pleasure it is for me to find in the Preval government someone who thinks clearly.

You made lots of good points, but my favorites were the following two sentences.

"La faim et la fripière sont l'arme, la plus efficace pour asseoir la colonisation volontaire."

I myself have said that many times on this blog.

My next favorite thing that you said was:

"Je répéter souvent s'il y avait quelque chose sérieuse à l'ONU on nen ferait pas le royaume des «NOIRS»"

Although written in a strange grammatical way, I get exactly what you meant to say. I myself have said the same thing many times on this site.

I think most of your analysis was correct, perhaps if more of Preval's cronies thought the way you do, things might be different in Haiti.

On the other hand, you made some lame excuse for Preval's part in the chaos that you described.

Since you work for him, I will not challenge the fact that you did that. But, everything about what you wrote says that you also think that he is an incompetent imbecile, who dragged the country into the gutter.

But, hey, its OK if you don't say it in those exact words.
