Delivrance Metellus, do you really believe Preval was the one who stopped the deportation of the 30,000 illegal Haitians back to Haiti?

This was a goodwill gesture dirrectly from the Obama government.

Preval had nothing to do with that.

Preval is the least head of state the world gives a rat *ss to.
