Kidnapping a big headhace in US

The hypocricy of institutional racism at best!

The US and the international community withold the right to do business with Haiti due to insecurity they charge on kidnapping they categorized as the cancer of Haiti.

As I am typing this message, CNN (Lou Dobb) is talking about kidnapping which is considered as a big headhace in the US.

And my question is, should the international impose some king of sanction/embargo against US for its kidnapping cancer?
