It's very easy for you to call Haiti that. You should instead turn toward France and demand reparation for 300 years of slavery plus an additional 21 billions in independence payments.

Wait that's not it, turn to the Americans particularly David Cumberland and asked him to return to the Haitian people all the money he stole from Haiti's national bank during the occupation, money that should have been used for economic development.

No wait that's not it, turn to the german merchants or their descendants and claim on behalf of Haiti back all the payments they got for all their false claims againts the state of Haiti when they controlled the Haitian market 1868- 1915
