Governor General Michaelle Jean is in Haiti for 4 days. Michaelle Jean arrived in Haiti on Thursday, she is leaving today, Sunday January 18, 2009.

Governor General Michaelle Jean visited Haitian cities like Les Cayes and Ennery.

Michaelle Jean will also seek ways to help reduce Haiti's poverty and put in place democracy initiatives.

Governor General Michaelle Jean was accompanied by her husband, Jean-Daniel Lafond on her second trip to Haiti.
