Preval and Brazil's President. More humiliation

I would like for you to take a look at the video of Preval giving his talk next to President Lula, of Brazil.

Notice how disrespectful the Brazilian President is to Preval.

He keeps talking and moving around while Preval is talking.

In politics this is the ultimate message of disrespect, and I bet Preval is so incompetent that he does not even know this. All Head of States know to be very still and silent when another Head of State is making a public announcement for a photo-op. Lula knew that video could be seen around the world, and this is his way of showing the world his disgust and contempt for Preval.

WHO CAN BLAME HIM. As a Haitian this Gutter Rat has brought nothing but misery and humiliation to my country.
