We need some kind of Noah's ark to collect all the decent Haitians who have some kind of potential, then hit the place with a tsunami and drown the wicked and unrepentant folks.

Imagine wiping out the kidnappers and all the other criminals, all the voodoo worshipers and all the corrupt politicians all at once, then start from scratch to create a new nation.
