Thanks for providing that website.

I visited the website and it's nothing more than what we, Haitian, call an "etalaj the connaissance" report.

I did not read the entire content of that stupid doccument because it is really a waste of my precious time.

First the document was written since 1996 with 2008-2010 on it. This is the tangible proof of the incompetence and the mediocrity of the so-called Haitian leaders, Haitians politicians, the dumbs and the morons in charge.

My question is, why do they call it "Strategy Plan" instead of "Economic development plan for Haiti by 2010"?

How come the population is not aware of such plan?

But notice that the plan was written by the master (the white man) with a hadful of uncle tom and free slave presents who called themselves "economists.

Once again, this document has absolutely nothing to do with Haiti's situation.

This document looks more like a college research paper on Haiti.
