Unfortunately the rich have nothing to gain from the rebuilding of Haiti's infrastructure.

If they did, they would have made the investment years ago. The push for a better Haiti must come from the mighty hands of the middle class against the barriers of stagnation.

The unfortunately reality is that the people powerfully enough to provoke social and economic change in Haiti call themselves DIASPORA!!!
