Yes we had Mr. Ericq Piere, then What?

Preval been in power for over 2years as a head coach, and nothing done; now what?

We all know when the team sucks its time to change the head coach; why because the assistant coach only performs based on the head coach's vision for the team...what if both head coach and assistant coach sucks then the team is really in for a beating from the competition.

Is Preval a bad coach or good coach?
