Its a case of another government appointed lazy viscieux who is probably waiting to see who is going to pay him some bribes so he can do his job. Meanwhile the children are the ones suffering.

Haiti needs to do away with all those people.

They do not like to provide services regardless that they are getting a salary.

Claude Gassant in civil court must sign the hundreds of adoption files stuck in his office.

What is he waiting for if not for bribes.
