Well, Mr Preval, as a concerned haitian, i like to know if the Venezuela, Ecuador and
Columbia's conflict doesn't modify your thought about rebuilding our armed forces.

Columbia deciced to strike and killed what US see as a terrorist group living in Ecuador.Don't tell me that we don't need an army to defend our territory.All our past leaders and you don't know what our country needs.

If we create an army of 15000 to 30000 soldiers, that would be 15000 to 30000 haitians working.It's about time that we understand that we need get up and do things for our country.We, all know whithout the UN, Dominican republic would invade Haiti to erase the bad memory of getting their independance from us, you know that they treat haitians worst than dogs, if we have a government that cares about its people we would be at war a long time ago.Mr President, it's about time that you bring respect to the land of Toussaint, Dessalines and Capois La mort. Create a new, young army without the help of Zoizo Mechan so they don't corrupt our young men and women.

I tried to comeback in my country, i was carjack, i was lucky they didn't kill me.It's a shame to brasilians that can't stop kidnapping in their own country are in charge of our security, wake up, there is a possibility thet we become the new Palestine of central america.
