Going over the Dominican Republic to steal their animals is asking for trouble.

Haiti do not have an army or a good security force.

But two wrongs cannot make a right.

The Dominicans themselves have no business crossing our borders without going through immigration and just take any cow that belong to other people as restitution for what they have lost also.
