brain drain. no progress == loss forever

If Haiti do not make a substantial amount of progress, within 3 generations it will loose some of its most educated citizens forever and other countries will gain. Remember Alexandre Dumas the one who wrote the Well known "Count of Monte Cristo" (That was Dumas#3) and "The Three Musketeers" (that was Dumas #2) Alexandre Dumas #1(Grand father Thomas-Alexandre Dumas was born in Jérémie in Haiti his mother was black, her name was Marie-Césette Dumas.

He migrated to France where he became a General in the French army. He is the father of the author Alexandre Dumas (père) and the grandfather of the author Alexandre Dumas (fils).
