Dear James; Mistakes were made by all. I have spent so much time studying the negative PR that Haitians get--even from those who seem to have good intentions--that I tend to cautiously analyze anything that is said to be promoting the country.

Many other people could have looked at your sight and not have picked up on the negative aspects of it, but since studying what people do and why they do it is what I do for a living, I tend to be very good at finding subtle nuances.

That is why I picked up on the harm that your original sight could have caused.

Accusing you of having done that deliberately is where I jumped the gun. But as Paul Farmer said "The Uses of Haiti" have been many, and so on that subject j'ai les sintiments à fleur de peau. I will look at your sight again.
