To whom it may concern:
I'm a young Engineer who would like to bring some of my services and talents to my beloved Haiti one day, but it seem to be difficult because the Haitian society doesn't seem to embraced their own talents.

Therefore, what plan does the current Preval Alexi administration has to recruit or facilitated the good used of Haitian talents back to the country?
