But Preval is the wrong guy to contact, he is exiting from his term next month.

I suggest you to contact the minister of agriculture, if you can find him cause he is also another useless figure in Haiti, i have tried myself to cantact him for almost 2 years.

You will have more chance with USAID or other non-profit orgamization.

Good luck don't give up you have a good cause in hand.
