If you were a dedicated soul to do something for Haiti, you should of start with the diaspora to clean that mess after the earthquake of Jan 12.
some of us have the cash to buy heavy duty dumps trucks.

Eliminates your thieves at the so-called douane or whatever you called them APN...ect.
Like the DR policies ...Free duty for heavy equipments.
