I believe she tries to be sarcastic.

The way she writes it sound like or emulates the phonetic of an Haitian who tries to pronounce the word just come. I believes she is right.

Anyway: Vive Aristide le protecteur de la nation Haitienne et le defenseur des pauvres.

Those that are against Aristides are antihaitians.
