Americans are impatient people in the pursuit of good foreign relations with other countries around the globe.

As such, they are about to lose Venezuela like Cuba. After 50 years of an insane embargo, Americans can never realize that their politic of containment about Cuba fails miserably and once again Castro has proven to be a strong and good leader that future Cuban generations will look upon for guidance and a fairer society.

For those earlier that state one cannot have equal citizens in a country and life will not make sense anymore, but at the same time they agree with the Haitian mulatto merchants to accumulate excessive wealth by all means possible.

People in other countries argue that Haitians are slaves that is why they allow a corrupted elite to continue to destroy their peasantry economy, middle class and the whole country as well.

You said that Aristide could be like Chavez, I doubt it, for Aristide was a talker and not an doer. He kept threatening others for not doing what he wanted to do or could not do, but he did not do anything better than his previous predecessors.

He made political marriage alliance to deal with the Haitian bourgeoisie like any other previous puppet presidents and he could not reform the state of Haiti to end a corrupted administration established since 1807 to today's date. Chavez, reformed the Venezuelan Administration and created laws to punish future money laundering acts and he secured his political base as well. He nationalized some enterprises and he compensated the victims.

He paid Venezuela's national debt and took it out from the world lending institutions.

He reformed education and he got more people enrolled in schools than under any previous presidents.

He has socialized schools, medicine and agriculture as well.

Right now, he is securing his air space and his country's boundaries to protect himself and his country against ennemies' attack.

I am sorry to tell you with all due respect for you and Aristide that there can be any comparison drawn between a puppet president like Aristide and an effective leader like Chavez.

Aristide was a talker and not a man of action.

He got one of his daughters baptized by Mews to secure his presidency and the latter was the one comploting against him to get him out of Haiti.

Aristide remains a political puppet figure, a talker, a thinker on paper and not a man of action that is why he lost control over Haiti during his presidency.

However, he wanted good for the Haitian masses but did not know how to turn bad to good to make Haiti flourish again.

He was the same BS and the politics of more of the same. I do not agree with his exile and I want him back to Haiti, for he can serve his country in other areas with his doctorate degree.

I used to be a ferocious ennemy of Aristide after his fall from power, for I was brainwashed by some Haitian merchant elites that let me believe that Aristide was a criminal, but when I read three of his published books I realized that the man had good ideas and he was a visionary too, but he did not know how to achieve his economic and political dreams.

He had stupid political advisers like Preval and that is why both of them are puppet presidents to continue the politics of more of the same. Sorry, bad comparison...

Voice his return instead ok.
