I agree with you that exile should be unconstitutional in Haiti and all former Haitian presidents and public employees should be returned to Haiti when full pardon is granted to them. Haiti is a predatory state that keeps transforming presidents into puppets and we should stop blaming those puppets for their mismanagements of the Haitian state.

As you state it Jean-Claude Duvalier should be the new car dealer in Haiti.

Aristide should be the new discount tires' dealer in Haiti.

Ertha Pascal Trouillot should be the Cassation Dean. Max Manigat should be the new interior ministry.

Henry Namphy should be the new Police Academy dean. Raoul Cedras is Dominican and he can always have a job too if you want it.

They should all return, for they were killing communists for Americans.
