They're incompetent.

Most of the Haitian politicians don't care Haiti and a lot of them just don't have the education and the cleverness to deal with White people.

I'm sure when Haitians diplomats walk in a negotiation room with foreign diplomats they don't consider themselves as equal to their counterparts.

I remember a pastor was preaching once (actually my pastor) and he was telling the church, how proud he was he was the first time he was walking with a white man. I couldn't believe it. This is the mentality of a lot of Haitians.

I believe that Haiti is paying the price of our historical achievement,i was born in the mid 60,i feel that the majority of young haitian doesn't show the love that i had when i was 15 years.It used to be great on Jan 1 AND NOV 18.WE USED TO SEE OUR > >
