Mr. President: René Préval,
Thank you for your precious time.
Inspired by your first electoral victory, I studied hard and become an agronomist with a Master's degree.

After meeting with you a few years later, I was allthemore inspired when you whisppered into my right ear: M' swete map kite yon pi bèl peyi pou nou ti mesye".

Now with each year getting worst that the previous one under your watch, I have two questions for you sir:
1.- Is it true that by looking at the road conditions in Haiti one has the perfect idea on what the moral character of your govenment along with the state employees looks like?

2.- It is true sir that the top of the mountains says it all about what the Haitian people has become under your watch?

I just want to believe sir.
