You made an excellent point.

The government is clearly not doing its job. The other part of the problem is also the Haitian people who continually elect leaders who do nothing to develop the country.

Look at Preval for example the man was president for 5 years and he barely got anything done.

In the last election they elected him again for a second term. There's an old saying that says "shame on you if you fool me once, shame on me if you fool me twice".

What has he done in his second term?

My guess is maybe it's because the majority of Haitians are uneducated and uninformed and that is why the keep electing those parasites their leaders.
