This is going to be one of the most productive topic based on the caliber of your answer to me.

You are right to express your concerns about Montresor' plan because he has yet to let it be known to the public.

I have communicated that same concern to him, and he can't denied that. Haven't I Montresor?

Many other people will have similar reaction because no one wants to support a contender about whom they know nothing.

Montresor said he will release his plan in 2010 or 2011, and I think it will be too late. But that's my opinion!

These kinds of apprehension will take our attention away from what we are really supposed to concentrate on-his values and plan for the country.

For once Tiba, my comment about you was not a pejorative one. I do want to know what Montresor has to say and scrutinize his assets and liabilities.

I do believe that 2011 is a new beginning, and we have to make it right.

Tiba, you have outlined quite a few things, but the revenue system to support your outlined items is absent.

We can learn from each other.

Montresor has a revenue method in the works.

Most of the things you have outlined are elaborated in "Independance 2011" that you refuse to buy.

I don't agree with the fact that you are predisposed to not agree with Montresor as we we go along.

If his elaboration are logical, concise and feasible, I think you should at least give it an educated reply.

For the last time, Montresor, I urge you to come public and let us hear what you have to say. I think we deserve that. I want Tiba to stop swaying away from your ability to take over in 2011 and concentrate on evaluating your values, beliefs, experience, knowledge.

and plan for Haiti in 2011.
