Mike, everything Preval is doing is deliberate.

He has been paid to bring Haiti to its knees and his doing a good job of it. And we stupid Haitians sit around waiting for him to be a good boy and either do the right thing for Haiti or to leave.

Why would he do either when it's more profitable for him to screw Haiti.
