I think that this negative thinking is one of the reasons why Haiti is the way it is. "you spoke about a hard leader" Please comeback and tell us what do you a hard leader can do?

How is the hard leader going to solve the problem of insecurity?

Lack of jobs, roads, infrastructure etc. That way you will help us turn your so called 20 years of nothing into a 20 years of something.

Most Haitians speak and criticize and never offered anything more. Make us proud and contribute something worthwhile to this debacle.

You should also know that if the law is not looking for an individual, they do not need amnesty to come back to the country, the return is guaranteed by article 41 fron the constitution of 1987.
