Land line in haiti to cover the CONCACAF Game

Hello Mr. Preval,
I'm Michael Cijntje from Radio Direct 107.1FM in Curacao, Netherlands Antilles.

The reason that I'm sending you this email is because my radio station is seeking to cover the concacaf game between
Haiti and Netherlands Antilles that will take place the 15th of June in Port au Price, Haiti.

To make that possible, we need a landline in Haiti to call Curacao and go on air.
I was trying online to regard some information and/or telephone number of TELECO in Haiti so I can call them and verify that it is possible to get a landline in the stadium or an ISDN line to do the coverage but without success.

Can you please give me some information about TELECO in Haiti as soon as possible?
