haitians should impeach president preval

President Préval does not have a long-term political and economic plan for Haiti.Préval, during his first five years of experience as so-called president, brutally murdered an incalculable number of Haitians, including pastor Antoine Leroy and engineer Jacques Florival, after they were forced to kneel down while in tight handcuffs, in broad daylight, as the latter victim's little girl watched and incessantly cried, years before personally shocked with electricity a colonel's wife of the long nonstanding Haitian army, in her vagina.

Préval detonated a bomb (December 1990) that killed and badly injured many Haitian citizens, in the Port-au-Prince suburb of Petion-Ville (Place Saint-Pierre), during a public political gathering.

His small neighborhood bakery that became insolvent a few months after its opening could not have earned him more than 81millions US dollars.

Preval is grossly incompetent>in a January 17, 2006 news article he told The Associated Press Michael Norton:"My first five-year government was a total failure".

Preval had a devastating tenure as Aristide's prime minister, and a first failed presidency.

How long can Haitians allowed this incompetent man to remain in office while they endure an unprecedented grinding poverty.

Preval is rooted in his natural cretinism.

He was forced to dropped out of college in Belgium for earning bad grades.

On a previous Preval's speech on May 18th flag's day, he said "Effective today, Haiti is no place to be corrupt," he inaudibly declared, giving those in attendance for the circumstance the impression that they were rather listening to a 3-year-old boy as he was attempting to learn to speak or display the mental agility of an adult.

( The man of many bottles of whisky, in the wee hours of the night may have been drunk).

"The sad truth in Preval's announcement is that corruption will cease to be Haiti's watchword." In actuality, Haiti will be reformable only after he himself ceases to be a problem in his own right for the problem of unofficial government sanctioned corruption; he is a problem in his own right because principally many cabinet ministers, including his best friend Fred Joseph, a man with extreme poverty roots, in his first government became fabulously wealthy, and there is no indication that they will, in the near future, face the bar of justice, forced to explain their fortunes incommensurate with their government salaries.

That 900,000 thousand US dollars President Preval spent on that little house in Coral Gables Florida could have fed many starving Haitiens.

HAITI INCREASINGLY GOING DOWN, unless primitive-type dictator Preval is removed from office by way of impeachment,
