Development of City Soleil

City Soleil is located right by a sea side why not relocate the people to a different area by building government housing in a nearby city like Leogane and develop City Soleil into an all inclusive tourist area like Punta Canna in Dominicany.

I believe that is a project that can be done either with the government assistance or by a private developer, this can only be a win situation.
