RPT, Rubens, and Mimi: All of your ideas are along the same line, each adding quality to the other.

This is how great ideas are created.

Do keep in mind that if people don't have jobs, no matter how nice the new locations are, they will quickly become ghettos.

So, perhaps Rubens point is on target--the idea that what must come first is economic investments and jobs before housing developments.

At least I think that's what he said (no time to read the full thing).

Which made sense to me.
