Anger Manageament
1. Relax.
It's critical that you slow down the anger process.
Take a few deep breaths and tell yourself to relax
2. Rethink: Suggest an alternate explanation that does not make you angry.
3. Redirect: Take emotional energy and do something else with it. Exercise for an hour or take a walk on the beach.
Get away from the person that is causing the anger.
Take time out to be by yourself.
