You can say whatever you want. Wyclef will run for President and will surely be elected.

For the intellectual matters that you are talking about, it doesn't really matter.

If it was a big of a deal, Preval would not be president.

Green or Yellow card..bull s***, Wyclef has right now in his hands a Haitian Diplomatic passport given to him by the Haitian Government Preval/Duvivier as ambassador-at-large.
