Deluca assigned a solid F- to Preval and A+ to his white masters that reveals a lot about him and his unbalanced judgment.

Deluca sided with outsiders against his former compatriots since he probably no longer an Haitian.

Now let's look at some issues.

Managing 9,000,000 [ nine millions] people in a poor country is not easy because money is not available.

Francois Duvalier completed a degree in medicine from the University of Haiti in 1934 and ruled Haiti for 14 years.

He multiply and reinforced his Swiss Bank account to the tune of more than Eight hundred million US dollars but he failed to reinforce the health care infrastructure in Haiti.

Preval has done more for Haiti in terms of Health care than Francois Duvalier.

It was Preval that restored Diplomatic relations with Cuba and allowed the Cuban Doctors to help us.
I am an avid reader.

Prior to January 12th 2010 Stanley did not have any published document regarding the imminent earthquake in Haiti.

I might be wrong but if Mr. Lucas wrote anything about the earthquake prior to January 12th 2010,he should step forward and publish it on this blog. It is easy for him to criticize Preval but I don't think he has the capacity to outshine Preval.
