Dear Konfreres
The time is now. The whole world is looking at us. Certainly, the masses production is placing their hopes in the Politicians.

In this time, even though they may be cynical about their will and capacity to even decide to restore the honor of Haiti and the mass production, much less to free Haiti from oppression and humiliation from which she suffers today.
