Sorry to inform you that all telephone lines in the National Palace are cut off for no payment because the Haitian government is too poor to pay its phone.

If you call the Haitian Embassy in Washignton, they will tell you they don't have Preval's telephone.

Preval does not have a cell phone because he doesn't know how to use it. While he was talking on the last cell phone he had, the phone just went dead and he threw it away thinking the phone was not good. Come to find out, the battery had died but didn't know the battery was rechargeable.

That's how dumb the man is, but his stupity gets worse as he getting older, and I think he is now 76 years old.
